Refunds are only available for deposits and full payments on unconsumed services. Once a service has been fully or partially consumed, it is non-refundable. Deposits and full payments will only be refunded if the service is unused.

Unused health products can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Returned products must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and include the original receipt. Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned.

4.3 Return Shipping Costs

If a customer chooses to return a product via shipping, all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Customers may also return unused products in person at our store.

5. Service Availability and Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services at any time due to staff availability, unforeseen circumstances, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a scheduled service, customers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund for the deposit. Customers who fail to show up for their booked service without prior notice will not receive a refund.

If the parties do not reach a settlement within 14 calendar days of one or more parties having invited the other parties in writing to negotiate, the dispute shall be exclusively and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the following:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be exclusively and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the DELOS Rules of Arbitration in force on the date of commencement of the arbitration.
The seat of arbitration shall be Vienna, Austria, but the parties agree to hold hearings and/or meetings (if any) in any suitable location and/or by any suitable means of simultaneous communication. The language of arbitration is to be English. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the DELOS Rules of Arbitration.
By submitting their dispute to arbitration under the DELOS Rules of Arbitration, the parties agree to comply with any award without delay and waive their right to any form of recourse insofar as such waiver can validly be made.

The parties agree to keep confidential the existence and contents of the arbitration and the written and oral pleadings and all documents produced for or arising from the arbitration, save as may be required by legal or regulatory duty or to protect or pursue a legal right.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our website and services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
